Presently, Richard occupies the roles of Co-Founder and Chairman of Whip Media, Future and Adim. Richard holds a JD from the University of Southern California and a BS in Political Science from UCLA.

Adam Ross
Adam is Co-Founder & Partner of Goldcrest Capital, an early-stage VC fund that invests primarily in Seed and Series A financing rounds of private technology companies. Goldcrest also opportunistically invests in later-stage tech companies either directly or through secondary transactions. Before Goldcrest, Adam was an investor in more than 95 private tech companies, including Yammer, Facebook, and Palantir. Adam served on the Board of Directors for Palantir from 2015-2020. Adam received his BA from Stanford University and his JD from the University of Texas law school.

Anre Williams is the former CEO, American Express National Bank & Group President, Enterprise Services. In addition to overseeing American Express' U.S. banking operations, Anre led the company's global shared services organization, including technology, digital capabilities, customer service, consumer travel operations, real estate and procurement. Brent currently serves as the CEO and Chairman of Bausch + Lomb. Previously, Brent was Chairman, President and CEO of Allergan plc until the company's $63 billion acquisition by AbbVie Inc in 2020. Prior to Allergan, Brent was President and CEO and a director of Forest Laboratories Inc., until that company's $25 billion merger with Actavis plc. in 2014, when he was named CEO of the combined business. Brent then successfully led Actavis' $66 billion acquisition of Allergan. Brent currently serves as Chairman of the Board of The Beauty Health Company (Nasdaq: SKIN), as a director of ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Greg Arnold
Greg Arnold is Chairman and CEO of The Arnold Companies (TAC), a privately owned family office investment and holding company with a diverse portfolio spanning real estate, banking, CPG, technology, energy midstream, aviation, and retail. In addition to leading the holding company, Greg leads TACenergy, one of the nation's largest independent petroleum and renewable diesel supply networks, and oversees the management and development of the historic Bar Cross Ranch in Wyoming. Previously, Greg served as the head of TAC Air, steering the division's expansion across major U.S. markets before its successful sale in 2022. Greg serves on the Board of Trustees at Texas Christian University and supporting Stephen F. Austin State University, where he earned his BBA in Marketing. Constantine Karides
Constantine is a partner in Reed Smith's Financial Industry Group and the co-lead for On Chain: Reed Smith's Crypto & Digital Assets Group. Constantine advises a wide range of U.S. and international clients on private equity transactions, public and private mergers and acquisitions, crypto investments, emerging company/venture capital transactions, investment funds, hedge funds, financing transactions, corporate formation, and corporate governance. Constantine also has considerable cross-border experience and acts for foreign companies operating in the United States. Jared is a consumer and digital commerce executive with over 20 years of experience leading global brands through periods of growth, transformation, and change.
In January 2026, Jared joined Tracksmith as Chief Executive Officer. Tracksmith is a premium running brand rooted in New England, known for its craftsmanship and deep respect for the culture and traditions of the sport.Alongside his role at Tracksmith, Jared serves as an Operating Partner at Fifth Down Capital, where he works closely with the firm's leadership to help scale its value-add platforms and support consumer-focused investment efforts.

Dean is President of Asset Management at Rithm Capital where he leads investment strategy, global integration of Rithm's diversified asset management platform and serves on the Executive Management Committee. Dean is a former Co-Chairman of Fortress Investment Group and previously served as Co-CIO for all Fortress' Credit Funds. Prior to his nearly 25 years at Fortress, Dean was a co-founder and Managing Director of American Commercial Capital LLC and Coronado Advisors, both of which were sold to Wells Fargo & Co. in 2001. Dean serves on the Board of Trustees for Columbia University and the American School of Classical Studies at Athens, and is co-founder of The Hellenic Initiative. Cam Fordham is a Georgia-born entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and Partner/Co-Founder of Get Engaged Media. A former college football player at Louisiana State University and NC State University, with a degree in sports management, Cam built his career at the intersection of entertainment and entrepreneurship. Cam founded Get Engaged in 2016, growing it from a small digital shop into a multi-office agency with deep experience in campaign ideation, influencer marketing, social strategy, and large-scale talent partnerships.
In addition to founding and operating Get Engaged, Cam has become an active investor across consumer, tech, fintech, food & beverage, and sports. Cam was named to Forbes' Next 1000 list. Cam resides in Nashville, TN.

G.J. Hart joined Fifth Down as an Operating Partner in 2025. G.J. is a seasoned restaurant industry executive, advisor, and board member with nearly four decades of leadership experience across public and private companies. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Red Robin Gourmet Burgers (2022-2025). G.J. has also held key leadership roles at Torchy's Tacos, California Pizza Kitchen, and Texas Roadhouse.

Nick Papapolitis
Nick is the Chairman of EverExcel, a privately owned investment group with offices in London and Athens. He started his career as an associate in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Nick has expertise in originating, structuring, and executing transactions across the capital structure and oversees all the investment strategies of EverExcel. Nick has held board positions in publicly listed and privately held organizations in the financial services, real estate, technology and healthcare industries. Nick holds an LLB (Hons) from University College of London (UCL) and an LLM (Merit) from University of London (Queen Mary College). Nick is based in Europe and works closely with Fifth Down on key initiatives for the firm and its key holdings.

Candace Parker is one of the most decorated basketball players of all time. WNBA Champion, WNBA Finals MVP, 2x WNBA MVP, 2x Gold Medalist, and WNBA Rookie of the Year are just some of Candace's many accomplishments throughout her career on the court. Off the court, Candace is a sports analyst and commentator for Turner Sports, has given a TED Talk, starred in the ESPN documentary 'Candace Parker: Unapologetic' and authored the book 'The Can-do Mindset.' Prior to Fifth Down, Liam served as CFO of two Fifth Down portfolio companies, &pizza and Mike's Hot Honey, and was a Partner at Fireman Capital, where he led investments in eight growth companies. Liam previously worked at leading investment firms Rhone Group and HIG and was an investment banker at Lazard. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jan joined Fifth Down as an Operating Partner in October 2025. Jan's career spans across 40 years of both CPG and Foodservice experience with executive leadership roles at Ralston Purina, Chef America (Hot/Lean Pockets), Jack-in-the-Box, the Inno-Pacific Group and Burger King. From 2022 until July 2025, Jan served as the Head of International for Jersey Mike's. Prior to that, Jan was Founder, President and CEO of Independent Purchasing Cooperative (IPC), the global leader in foodservice supply chain. Jan ran IPC for 28 years; during that time, she was instrumental in Subway's rise to the world's largest restaurant chain, including purchasing approximately 26,000 Subway stores in the U.S. and Canada. Jan is a graduate of DePauw University.

Prior to Fifth Down, Brian served as Chief Operating Officer of Thiel Capital, an investment firm founded by Peter Thiel. Brian previously founded Propeller, a mobile software startup sold to Palantir Technologies in 2014, where he subsequently served as Head of Corporate Development until 2021. Brian has been an active investor in and advisor to private technology companies for over a decade. Brian graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University.

Mike is a Partner and Music Agent at leading global talent, entertainment, sports, and advisory company, UTA. Based in Los Angeles, Mike represents a diverse roster of superstars and emerging talent in pop, hip hop, R&B, and all other genres. Mike has played a pivotal role in shaping major tours and live events for some of the biggest names in music and overseen major touring milestones.
Beyond Mike’s work in live music, Mike’s impact in the industry has been widely recognized. In 2025, Mike was honored on Billboard’s annual R&B/Hip Hop Executive Power Players list for the sixth consecutive year and, most recently, to Billboard’s Power 100. Mike was also featured in Pollstar’s Hip-Hop 50th Anniversary Issue and has been a member of XXL’s Awards Board for multiple years.
Before joining UTA, Mike was a talent manager for prominent solo artists. Mike’s career also includes a successful tenure as a radio executive at iHeartRadio, CBS Radio, and Power 106, where Mike played a key role in shaping Top 40, hip hop and R&B music programming.
In addition to Mike’s work in music, Mike has built a strong presence in the investment world as a limited partner in venture capital investment firms and an angel investor in several ventures across sports, energy, and consumer brands.

Tyler joined Fifth Down as a Senior Advisor in 2021. Tyler is the Founder and CEO of Saltbox, a national network of flexible warehouses designed for modern e-commerce businesses. Before founding Saltbox, Tyler was a senior leader at Palantir Technologies, serving as Chief of Staff to the President, where he played a key role in scaling the company from 100 to nearly 2,000 employees. Tyler began his career at J.P. Morgan and holds a degree from the University of Virginia. Tyler has been involved with Fifth Down since its inception and is responsible for introducing Fifth Down to some of its most important relationships.
