Mike is a Partner and Music Agent at leading global talent, entertainment, sports, and advisory company, UTA. Based in Los Angeles, Mike represents a diverse roster of superstars and emerging talent in pop, hip hop, R&B, and all other genres. Mike has played a pivotal role in shaping major tours and live events for some of the biggest names in music and overseen major touring milestones. 

Beyond Mike’s work in live music, Mike’s impact in the industry has been widely recognized. In 2025, Mike was honored on Billboard’s annual R&B/Hip Hop Executive Power Players list for the sixth consecutive year and, most recently, to Billboard’s Power 100. Mike was also featured in Pollstar’s Hip-Hop 50th Anniversary Issue and has been a member of XXL’s Awards Board for multiple years.

Before joining UTA, Mike was a talent manager for prominent solo artists. Mike’s career also includes a successful tenure as a radio executive at iHeartRadio, CBS Radio, and Power 106, where Mike played a key role in shaping Top 40, hip hop and R&B music programming.

 In addition to Mike’s work in music, Mike has built a strong presence in the investment world as a limited partner in venture capital investment firms and an angel investor in several ventures across sports, energy, and consumer brands.

Senior Advisors and Operating Partners are non-control advisors. These individuals are not employees of Fifth Down Cap LLC (“FDC”) or any of the funds or SPVs managed by FDC or its affiliate, Fifth Down Capital Partners, LLC (together with FDC, “Fifth Down”). Certain of the Senior Advisors and Operating Partners are engaged by FDC to provide consulting services. Consultants may be compensated with fees for such services. Additionally, Senior Advisors and Operating Partners may receive incentive unit grants in FDC and grants of carried interest in funds or vehicles managed by Fifth Down. Further, Senior Advisors and Operating Partners may be investors, directly or indirectly, in FDC, Fifth Down funds or vehicles, and/or existing and prospective portfolio companies and may receive fee breaks in connection with such investments. These arrangements may pose an inherent conflict of interest in, or may otherwise influence, the Senior Advisors’ and Operating Partners’ endorsement of Fifth Down.
