Karem joined Fifth Down in 2026. Prior to Fifth Down, Karem was a corporate associate at Cooley LLP, where he represented venture-backed companies and investors across financings, corporate governance matters, and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, Karem worked at a venture-backed legal tech startup. Karem earned his Juris Doctor from the USC Gould School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis.
