Jared is a consumer and digital commerce executive with over 20 years of experience leading global brands through periods of growth, transformation, and change. His work has focused on building strong operating foundations, sharpening brand relevance, and aligning teams around the customer across North America, Europe, and Greater China.

In January 2026, Jared joined Tracksmith as Chief Executive Officer. Tracksmith is a premium running brand rooted in New England, known for its craftsmanship and deep respect for the culture and traditions of the sport. The company has cultivated a highly engaged community by combining performance-driven product with storytelling, events, and a strong direct-to-consumer model. As CEO, Jared is focused on stewarding the brand with care, supporting sustainable growth, and ensuring Tracksmith continues to scale in a way that remains true to its values and purpose.

Alongside his role at Tracksmith, Jared serves as an Operating Partner at Fifth Down Capital, where he works closely with the firm’s leadership to help scale its value add platforms and support consumer-focused investment efforts. In this role, he brings an operator’s perspective to investment evaluation and partners with founders and portfolio company leaders to strengthen operating foundations and accelerate disciplined growth.

Prior to Tracksmith, Jared spent more than a decade at Converse, ultimately serving as President & CEO. During his tenure, he led organizational and brand transformation efforts, strengthened the company’s marketplace position, and rebuilt Converse Basketball, reestablishing the category with a renewed product and brand vision. In 2025, he made the decision to leave Converse, concluding a long chapter defined by close partnership with teams globally and a deep respect for the brand’s heritage.

Jared began his career at Digitas, where he worked at the intersection of brand, technology, and marketing, experiences that continue to shape his perspective on modern consumer engagement.

He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA from Hamilton College.

Jared lives in Brookline, Massachusetts with his family.

Certain of the Senior Advisors and Operating Partners are engaged by FDC to provide consulting services. Consultants may be compensated with fees for such services. Additionally, Senior Advisors and Operating Partners may receive incentive unit grants in FDC and grants of carried interest in funds or vehicles managed by Fifth Down. Further, Senior Advisors and Operating Partners may be investors, directly or indirectly, in FDC, Fifth Down funds or vehicles, and/or existing and prospective portfolio companies and may receive fee breaks in connection with such investments. These arrangements may pose an inherent conflict of interest in, or may otherwise influence, the Senior Advisors’ and Operating Partners’ endorsement of Fifth Down.
