Tony joined Fifth Down in Q2 2026. Prior to Fifth Down, Tony enjoyed a 30 year legal career, representing sports and entertainment stars, sports franchises, sports league disruptors, studios and networks, and publicly traded telecommunications, broadcast infrastructure and financial services firms, as well as venture capital and private equity firms. Since 2022, Tony has been acknowledged by Chambers for Sports Law and Super Lawyers for both Sports and Entertainment. Before joining Fifth Down, Tony was a co-chair of a large law firm’s Sports Law and Entertainment Law teams.Tony also served on Fifth Down’s Board of Advisors and then as a Senior Advisor. Tony continues to serve as a Board Director for the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyer’s Association and National Medical Fellowships. Tony holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Iona College and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law. Tony, a Corporate and Intellectual Property Attorney, is a Partner at Holland & Knight where he Co-Chairs their Sports and Entertainment Teams.  Amongst Tony’s accomplishments over his 30-year career, he opened and was Managing Partner of the Atlanta Office of a national law firm for 6 years and has chaired the Sports and Entertainment practice groups of several national law firms across nearly 20 years. Tony is acknowledged by Chambers for his expertise in Sports and esports and by Super Lawyers for Sports and Entertainment. Tony works closely with Fifth Down to strategically contribute to the Firm’s and its assets’ key objectives.

Senior Advisors and Operating Partners are non-control advisors. These individuals are not employees of Fifth Down Cap LLC (“FDC”) or any of the funds or SPVs managed by FDC or its affiliate, Fifth Down Capital Partners, LLC (together with FDC, “Fifth Down”). Certain of the Senior Advisors and Operating Partners are engaged by FDC to provide consulting services. Consultants may be compensated with fees for such services. Additionally, Senior Advisors and Operating Partners may receive incentive unit grants in FDC and grants of carried interest in funds or vehicles managed by Fifth Down. Further, Senior Advisors and Operating Partners may be investors, directly or indirectly, in FDC, Fifth Down funds or vehicles, and/or existing and prospective portfolio companies and may receive fee breaks in connection with such investments. These arrangements may pose an inherent conflict of interest in, or may otherwise influence, the Senior Advisors’ and Operating Partners’ endorsement of Fifth Down.
