Lexi joined Fifth Down in 2026. Prior to Fifth Down, she held roles across talent and organizational development, most recently at Impossible Foods and DraftKings. In these roles, she focused on building and scaling people programs to support employee development and organizational performance, including learning and development, talent strategy, and onboarding. Lexi earned her bachelor's degree from Elon University and holds a Master’s in Learning Experience Design and Technology from Northeastern University.
