JP joined Fifth Down Capital in 2026. Prior to joining Fifth Down, JP worked as an Associate on the Venture and Growth Equity team at StepStone Group. While at StepStone Group, JP worked across the primary fund, direct investment, and secondary practices with a focus on emerging managers. Prior to StepStone, JP served as a Director of Strategic Advisory and Investor Strategy at MediaLink, a management consulting firm focused on the media and technology industries. JP holds an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a bachelor's degree from Elon University.
