As Fifth Down's Director of Operations & Data, James designs, implements, and maintains business operational systems and processes for the firm. He joined Fifth Down in 2023 with a background spanning operations, sales, and client relationship management. James is from the Greater Boston area and holds a Bachelor's degree from Bates College, where he was also captain of the men's basketball team.
