Erica joined Fifth Down in 2025 with over 9 years of experience as a compliance advisor to private equity firms and hedge funds and an additional 10+ years of experience in investment operations. Prior to joining Fifth Down, Erica was the Director of Compliance at Charlesbank Capital Partners, a private equity firm, where she focused on the firm's day-to-day and strategic compliance initiatives. Previously, she spent 3 years at Highfields Capital Management as a Compliance Analyst and 10 years at Regiment Capital Advisors as a member of the investment operations team. Erica earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire.
