David joined Fifth Down in 2025. Prior to joining Fifth Down, David worked on the Corporate Development & Strategy team at Dataminr, a venture-backed AI and cybersecurity unicorn. While at Dataminr, he was responsible for M&A, capital raising, and broader corporate strategy efforts. David started his career in investment banking, most recently at Guggenheim Securities where he advised clients in the Healthcare sector. David is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University, where he earned a BA in Computer Science and a second major in Finance.
