Tony joined Fifth Down in Q2 2026. Prior to Fifth Down, Tony enjoyed a 30 year legal career, representing sports and entertainment stars, sports franchises, sports league disruptors, studios and networks, and publicly traded telecommunications, broadcast infrastructure and financial services firms, as well as venture capital and private equity firms. Since 2022, Tony has been acknowledged by Chambers for Sports Law and Super Lawyers for both Sports and Entertainment. Before joining Fifth Down, Tony was a co-chair of a large law firm’s Sports Law and Entertainment Law teams.Tony also served on Fifth Down’s Board of Advisors and then as a Senior Advisor. Tony continues to serve as a Board Director for the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyer’s Association and National Medical Fellowships. Tony holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Iona College and a Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law.
