Alan joined Fifth Down in 2024. Prior to joining Fifth Down, Alan built out the Corporate Development practice at Go1, a venture-backed education technology company. While at Go1, he was responsible for M&A, venture, and broader corporate strategy efforts. Alan began his career as an investment banker at BMO Capital Markets, where he advised clients in the Technology and Business Services sectors. Alan is a graduate of Brown University, where he earned a BA in Economics and was a member of the Men's Rugby team.
